Every line ties to a justification — the standard, the observed condition, the documentation. Completeness survives scrutiny.
The same transparent numbers whether insurance pays in full, in part, or the homeowner self-pays. No two-tier pricing.
Damage happens to responsible people; help them. Deferred damage genuinely costs more — that's physics, not a judgment.
